How to get to the city hall (Rathaus) ?

• When leaving the main university building, turn right and continue on the main avenue (Universitätsring).
• After roughly 500 meters you reach the city hall square (Rathausplatz) on the right-hand side of the avenue (on the left-hand side you will see the famous Vienna Burgtheater).
• Behind the square, you will find the Vienna city hall.
• Enter the building through the south-side entrance on Längenfeldgasse 2 (not the main entrance).
